A Victorian Masterpiece
On 11th September 1869, 572 years after ‘Scotland’s National Hero’ – William Wallace had been triumphant at The Battle of Stirling Bridge, The National Wallace Monument was completed and opened to the public on the Abbey Craig in Stirling.
